Attorney Saar Gershoni
Attorney Saar Gershoni is the founder of Gershoni Slyomovics, Advocates and has been active many years in the field of Intellectual Property as well as in related legal areas, such as: Computer and Internet Law, Privacy Protection, Commercial Torts, and Libel.
Attorney Gershoni is vastly experienced in legal consultancy and representation of intellectual property rights’ owners (inventors, writers, advertising firms, animation and production companies, content companies, toy companies, startups, etc.) In addition, attorney Gershoni specializes in litigation and enforcing intellectual property rights in the various legal institutions, specifically in the Patent and Trademark Office, and in courts; moreover, he has been working in close cooperation with the Israeli Police’s Intellectual Property Unit and with the Israeli customs authorities.
Attorney Gershoni holds an M.A. in Law and Technology (LL. M). His graduate education included an exposure to the recent and future trends in the field of intellectual property in Israel and globally. Furthermore, attorney Gershoni provides strategic planning in the field of intellectual property and counsels organizations from the early stages of establishment, through investors’ recruitment, to a company’s sale process. In addition, attorney Gershoni comprises contracts for the protection of the intellectual properties of his various clients.
Prior to founding the firm, attorney Gershoni has worked in one of the largest leading law firms in Israel, where he specialized for a number of years in the field of intellectual property and represented, among others, some of the leading biggest global software and multimedia companies in a wide-ranging activity aimed at reinforcing IP rights (criminal and civil).
Attorney Gershoni has vast experience in litigation in various courts, with special focus on protective injunctions.
